Walk by Faith
"For we walk by faith, not by sight."
Walking by faith means trusting God even when we cannot see the entire path ahead. As believers, we are called to place our confidence in God's wisdom, His promises, and His perfect plan rather than relying only on what we can understand.
There will be seasons in life when we do not have all the answers. We may face uncertainty, difficult decisions, trials, or situations where we wonder what God is doing. In those moments, faith reminds us that God is still in control.
Faith does not mean that we will never experience fear or questions. It means that we choose to trust God in the middle of those things. The Lord sees what we cannot see, and He knows the beginning and the end.
"Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths."
Abraham walked by faith when God called him to leave his home and follow a promise he had not yet seen fulfilled. Noah walked by faith when he built the ark according to God's command. Throughout Scripture, we see that God honors those who trust Him.
Walking by faith is a daily choice. It means seeking God through prayer, standing on His Word, and believing that His plans are always better than our own.
When we walk by faith, we do not walk alone. God guides us, strengthens us, and gives us peace as we follow Him.
"Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen."
Prayer
Heavenly Father,
Help me to walk by faith and not by sight. When I face uncertainty,
remind me that You are faithful and that Your plans are always good.
Strengthen my trust in You. Help me rely on Your Word, seek Your guidance,
and follow You each day with confidence and obedience.
Thank You for leading me, even when I cannot see the road ahead.
